  • ・Only experience relevant to the activity you are applying for counts, not your whole career.
  • ・Academic research: 5 points at 3 years, 10 at 5, 15 at 7 or more (there is no 10-year band).
  • ・Specialized/technical: 5 at 3 years, 10 at 5, 15 at 7, 20 at 10 or more.
  • ・Business management counts management experience: 10 at 3 years, 15 at 5, 20 at 7, 25 at 10 or more.

What does not stack

  • ⚠️The three categories use entirely different tables. Five years is worth 10 points in academic research and specialized/technical, but 15 in business management.
  • ⚠️Academic research caps at 15 points for 7 years; more than 10 years adds nothing further.
