1. What we record

Once you use the calculator and select an annual income, we anonymously record that calculation’s inputs and the resulting score.

• ・The education, age, income band, years of experience, research achievements and bonus items you selected
• ・The total score, and whether the minimum income requirement is met
• ・Country (derived from the network request at country level — no city or finer)
• ・Timestamp

2. What we do not record

• ・IP address
• ・Browser User-Agent
• ・Name, email, phone or any contact details
• ・Anything that directly identifies you

3. About device identifiers

To merge repeated edits within one sitting into a single record, and to observe how a score changes over time, we generate two random identifiers in your browser:

Both are random strings. They contain no personal information and are not linked to any account, email or identity. We cannot tell who you are from them.

• ・Session identifier: stored in sessionStorage, expires when you close the tab
• ・Device identifier: stored in localStorage, persists across visits

4. Purpose

The data is used only for aggregate statistics and research — questions like "how are scores distributed across educational backgrounds" or "which bonus items most often decide whether someone clears the threshold".

We do not use it to track individuals, do not build profiles for advertising or recommendations, and do not attempt to identify any specific user.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

If we publish statistics, they will be aggregate only, with small groups suppressed so that nothing can be traced back to an individual.

6. Deletion

You can clear this site’s data in your browser at any time, which removes both identifiers. If you use the calculator again afterwards, new identifiers are generated and are not linked to the earlier records.

7. Third-party services

This site uses Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, and a third-party exchange rate API to convert income for display. Those services have their own privacy policies.
